To maintain peak flavor, store your beans in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and fluctuating temperatures can degrade the oils and aroma.
What is the shipping timeframe for my order?
We roast our beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind levels, including Drip, Espresso, and French Press, to suit your brewing method.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
